History

 In 1993, Mark J. Newburger founded Apollo with the dream of developing the most advanced medical imaging technologies for healthcare and life sciences laboratory professionals — to provide superior medical care for patients around the globe. 

Apollo has been a recognozed leader in telpathology for many years andholds the exclusive license through the year 2010 on United States patents #5,216,596 and #5,297,034. These patents cover any system or method utilizing a remote controlled robotics microscope to make a pathology diagnosis.
